"Garbage experience. I make an appointment and show up, but no one is at clinic. I wait for 40 minutes, no one comes to talk to me. At one point a harried nurse comes out of the patient room, but she doesn't say anything to me, no updates about when I will be seen."

"I was dealing with symptoms of a virus and received a prompt appointment for the COVID test. They called back that evening with the results - negative- but also asked how I was doing. I had a fever and diarrhea and was getting dehydrated, and they recommended I go to the ED. Which I delayed until morning (not the wisest decision). They did make a follow up call the following day to check on me. My primary MD was informed of my symptoms but never reached out to see how I was doing. ISO kudos to the minute clinic staff. You demonstrated compassion."

"Bad advice! The clinic was able to provide decent diagnosis of an illness, however, based on one of the symptoms they recommended we go to the ER. The ER nurse and Dr both questioned why we were sent to ER since the symptoms were a known result of the illness. Instead of recommending follow up with our primary care physician at the next opportunity, their recommendations have cost us over $350 in unnecessary ER fees."
