"They are not medical professionals but an insurance scammers who charge extra for preventative visits and justify the price. Preventative should be zero."
"They are careless and very rude. I had new health insurance a few months ago. Because I had a regular check-up yesterday, I called a month ago to update my new health insurance information. I asked if they accepted my new health insurance, and they said yes. The office staff asked me all the information and then told me that the update was complete. After arriving at the hospital yesterday, the hospital staff asked for my physical card. I gave them my card, and they checked the information on the front and back of the card again. I met the doctor and told him that I had new health insurance because I had not received any benefits from my old health insurance for a year. She said she only has the same old health insurance information on her computer. I had to go out again, and my insurance wasn't updated at all. They said they accepted my new insurance until April, but not from May. I called them in October. In addition, yesterday, I handed them my physical card. They are so incompetent and careless."
"This place used to be amazing back when they were a private practice. I loved the NP Melissa and have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She left shortly after it became so corporate like … pumping patients in and out and super money hungry. It drove out one of the best members of their medical team. I wasn’t receiving call backs on test results, I had to hunt info down. It wasn’t the quality care that I have always known this place to offer. So I recently left and found a new doctor. Be careful!"
"Dr. Kim was great with our kids (before deciding to stop seeing pediatric patients). But 3 separate bad experiences with office staff with both me and my spouse ruined it for us: poor communication, lack of professionalism, lack of customer service, and impatient/condescending attitude sometimes. Moving kids to Reading Pediatric Associates, and office staff there are much better so far."
"Dr. Ordonez is amazing. I had been so disappointed with previous doctors, always quick to prescribe meds for each symptom but never getting to the root of the problem. So I was delighted when I found dr. Ordonez! He was willing to do all the necessary tests and then we tackled symptoms with diet and life changes first. I can honestly say that my life has changed drastically for the better under his care. Not only have I lost weight but I have energy and joy in living...and that in my opinion is what real health is."
