"Can't say enough good things about Joanna's calm reassuring care. We have two little guys and were nervous for them to have to sit through a whole treatment...but she made it happen--and without tears! The facility is super clean and we loved that they had a trove a toys for the kids to play with, AND even tablets for the kids to watch while there! Having lice was awful...but Naomi and Joanna were exactly who we needed in this moment. HIGHLY recommend!"

We had to cancel a family trip due to my discovery of a re-infestation in 3/4 family members after what I thought was a successful home treatment, and I was just so upset and stressed. We showed up same-day in Newton at a lovely, bright, clean space that's perfectly set up for families, and after my treatment (which feels like an hour long head massage, essentially) I felt so much more positive and relaxed about the whole thing. The place was so clean and set up great for kids (wifi, lots of kids books and snacks) and the women who worked there were so nice and easy going. Totally put me at ease!
