"Awful experience in this store as a customer. I mention to the employee that I’d like to maybe try on a pair of shoes, his response: ‘are you citing anything today’ After I said maybe, he belittled the shoe was looking for as “clearance” and proceeded to stand in the back typing on his phone the entire time I was in the store. Definitely does not want to make me want to spend big bucks on shoes here."
"Saw their hours listed that they were open until 7pm. Double checked on their website and the Allen Edmond website said the same. Stopped in at 5pm and the doors were locked and the only guy inside was playing on his phone. Several other people tried to get in while we were there as well. Happened to pass by again at 5:45 and the lights were off. I guess they didn't want our business."
