"I was treated so kindly by front desk & nurses and then a rain cloud came in the room. I’m never one to write reviews but Dr. Ronald Douglas should not be a “doctor.” The guy made me feel that I was a bother… so rushed and super uncomfortable. Reading the other reviews makes total sense and I’m not surprised. It stinks because I recently moved and this location is super close to me.. So disappointed :("

"Upon my arrival, I was seen by a professional, intake person at the front desk. She was thorough, polite and friendly. My wait to see the staff was minimal. Jenny, the Nurse Practioner, who saw me was wonderful, knowledgeable and kind. She did not rush the process and asked questions pertinent to my symptoms. I was very pleased with my visit and wished I had come in sooner. Thank you so much for your time, care and expertise."

"I recently visited the new Convenient MD in Plaistow, NH. I had an excellent experience. I was greeted by phone and in-person by a friendly, professional receptionist. I was called in within 15 minutes of arriving. The x-ray tech was very cordial and thorough. I was out the door in less than a 1/2 hr for a foot injury. The facility was very clean. I would highly recommend."

"Front desk girl was very friendly & welcoming! The nurse and attending doctor were professional and knowledgeable. Hours were expansive enough that we could get to see the Dr just before 8:00pm on a Sunday. The waiting room/front desk area is stunningly beautiful and inviting. We will make this place our first choice for future needs."

"Very clean and updated facility. The front staff checked me in and within 5 minutes I was taken to the back. The doctor was nice and answered my questions. Only down side is that this urgent care doesn’t not have an x-ray machine! If you feel that you will need one, I would suggest going to a different urgent care."
