"Got there right when they opened on a Saturday, and was seen within an hour. The receptionist, the triage nurse and the NP all were great, attentive and took their time to answer my questions. Would return again."

"Unfortunately like many other reviewers here, I had a terrible experience at this Urgent Care. There was no one in the waiting room and the receptionist was rude and uncaring and turned us away. I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been to a variety of urgent cares including in Manhattan and have always had a pleasant experience. Shocked that this behavior is allowed. It’s called urgent care so you would think that the people working there would actually care about the people who come there."

"If I could give a zero I would. The staff was extremely rude. I walked in they said nothing to me until a nurse walked in and said she wasn’t taking anymore patients when I was told prior that I could stop by. Staff should learn to communicate better"

"Called on behalf of my mother-in-law who tripped on her stairs, they asked her age, and when they learned that she was 68 y.o. they said because of her age, she can't be seen here. No questions about her past medical history (which includes nothing at all). Ageism at it's finest. How appalling. When asked why this was the case, the receptionist said, "because you are elderly.""

"Had a positive experience at this urgent care practice. We came in with a cut that required stitches and were treated very well by Dr. Campbell and staff. Front desk handled itself well and we were seen within 15 min in triage. After that Dr. Campbell was able to handle all aspects of care without assistance. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We left very satisfied with his care and the service we received from his staff. Dr. Campbell appears to be a very competent and caring physician, I recommend him wholeheartedly."
