"No contact at all!! Not before not after only to make apt. Not even after hubby in hospital due to their prep 2x ( and almost died) completely unproffessional! Wouldn't trust"
"Very good doctors. Absolutely TERRIBLE at returning calls, follow through on records transfer, etc. It's been this way for years and not sure it will ever change, so I'm changing my doctor."
"Has to be the worst doctors office I've ever had to deal with. Extremely hard to get in contact with and you have to constantly call to ensure they are handling your issue. I have fallen so far behind on infusions because of a poorly functioning office. I have a genuine fear of dying due to their ineptitude."
"I met with Dr. Rehman after my doctor wanted me to have a routine colonoscopy. I ended up needing an upper Endoscopy due to difficulty swallowing at times. My appointment for both procedures was scheduled pretty quick and needless to say I was a nervous wreck, I made the mistake of watching the upper on you tube so when D day came I was terrified. I was told i already did the hard part which was the prep for the colonoscopy and honestly it wasn't that bad. I was given the surprep and told to drink 1 bottle at 1pm and 1 bottle at 7pm(when water was added it was only 16oz total) there was no cramping no vomiting and I was done by 11:30. When I spoke to the anesthesiologist he told me not to worry I wouldn't feel a thing when Dr. Rehman came in he greeted me with a smile and told me I was going to be fine next thing I remember was the nurse waking me up. They were right I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Rehman is a saint and I would highly recommend him to other chickens out there like myself."
"I cant even rate this place a 1, Absolutely unacceptable on how they handled everything with me. it took them 2 1/2 weeks to give me my biopsy results from and endoscopy i had, I called 3 times to try and get my results and each time they stated they would have someone call me back and they NEVER returned my calls. I still had an ongoing issue after my results and they STILL would not get back to me. I had to get in touch with my primary care 3 times in order to get them to call me. Very unacceptable and unprofessional and i am not happy at all."
