"Durathun Farha in internal medicine is the worst female provider I have ever had an encounter with. In my years of seeing many medical providers, she is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. First, she did not speak to me like I was a person during my appointment with her. She kept speaking over me whenever she asked a question, and the conversation was super rushed. I understand that she probably had other patients to see, but this was my first time meeting her, and I have not seen a provider in a while, so I was hoping to have a proper conversation with her about my health. Second, she was super aggressive towards me and was not patient at all. While she was examining me, she was rushing the process and honestly treating me like I wasn't even human. At that point I wanted to leave, but I had not seen a doctor in a while, and I wanted to make sure my health was okay. What finally ended it for me was when she was performing my Pap smear. I've had many Pap smears done before, and never in my life have I ever felt super violated. She was so agressive with the Pap smear that my body was naturally rejecting it, and she tried reinserting it, and each time, was super agressive. She kept telling me to scoot and relax, but how could I with how agressive she was!! At that point I asked her to stop and I left. I was violated, disrespected, harassed, was treated like I was nothing. I never leave reviews, but I had to for this one. As I'm writing this right now, I still feel the pain from the Pap smear. I've never cried so much before, this experience was the worst. I'll never be going back to to see her ever again. I had to add in, she also did not respect my personal beliefs, and was pushing her beliefs into me, and making a horrible assumption about my personal life, which she had no right to do."
"I am waiting for a cast scan result for my mother for over 5 hours. They said that they haven't get it because is Saturday and takes longer, I know could take little longer but 5 hours and no idea how much longer, and the ER is full of people even in the halls they have patients, I believe they don't have personel to see the patient all I have see today is nurses not even a Dr."
