"Let me start by saying that this review, in NO way, reflects on Dr William Feldmann. I wish he was not affiliated with this office at all because he is a fabulous doctor. The office staff however, is HORRENDOUS! I have never dealt with more rude, lazy, unintelligent, and untruthful bunch of women in my life! I have been requesting medical records for 6 MONTHS now. 6 MONTHS! I decided to change PCPs, because I had had enough of the over hour long waiting times and inability to even get appointments with my doctor. I had called 4 different times regarding these records. 3 times I had to resend the request form. The 4th time, the office manager, who's name I will not mention, was in the process of downloading the files onto a disk because my file was so large. Of course it was, I'd been there 19 years. I went to check 2 weeks later... no records! I call the office, they tell me the records were faxed after looking for 15 minutes. "Faxed?" I said? How do you fax a disk? Yes, faxed they repeated, 8 times to me. I decided to call today and ask for said Office Manager to get the story straight. They did not allow me to talk to her, although I was able to hear her YELLING throughout the office. Telling the person that they were mailed. The disk was mailed! I asked if it was just regular mail or certified? I was trying to find out exactly what was going on since they told me it was faxed 8 times yesterday. She screamed, it was mailed, that's it! The woman on the phone repeated, it was mailed that's it. Goodbye. Then they hung up on me. I never raised my voice. I was never rude. I was trying to get information and this is how they treat their patients and former patients! Dr.Korbey you should be ashamed of the staff that treated a former patient like this! THIS IS THE REASON THE PATIENT IS NOW A FORMER ONE!"

"They randomly scheduled for labs and a physical without me scheduling and appointment mind you I haven’t been there in like two years since my last physical and they didn’t tell me about these random appointments mind you I now live in a different state completely so would make sense to even go there so how about you do better all care medical and actually call people before making appointments for them cause last time I checked I didn’t give you permission to make my appointments which if I had to guess is like a hippa violation like if you allowed someone to make an appointment for me without my consent I’m going to look it up and call the health and business or whatever it is against a doctors office to see if it’s even legal"
"Called 4 different times to get a prescription filled. Never got a return call. Got a person finally, they were very short and rude with me. Loved my Dr. But customer service needs work."
"I've had a horrible experience with the front staff at this organization. If i could go back, i would never have signed up with them. They took it upon themselves to schedule 3 appointments on my behalf without checking with me. When i called them and inquired, the "lead" at the front desk took an accusatory attitude with me and insisted ("I'm just doing what the doctor told me to"). They then punted the issue back to me and asked that I schedule the appointments myself. Further, when i had a telehealth appointment and asked for instructions on how to use it (which was never shared with me with the exception of a voicemail that i had a telehealth appt that i never scheduled), i was suddenly transferred , with no explanation what was going on, to a voicemail. We shall see what this final appointment will be like. Good luck new englanders!"
