"Highly judgmental and a “know-it-all”. Forget about telling him about your experiences; he will tell you about your life and why you feel the way you do. Very defensive if questioned or challenged, of even if just inquiring about something in more detail. He shouldn’t be practicing in this field. He could do real harm if he hasn’t already."

"I was rediagnosed with Bipolar Type 2 approximately a year ago. Dr. Etter has simply refused to adjust my meds this entire time. I am currently in the middle of an existential crisis and I am unable to receive any help from him or his office. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR."

"For 7 of the days I was hospitalized I called Dr. Etter's office and left a message for him to call me back. It wasn't until the 7th day that I finally was able to speak to him. I had refused to sign a patient confidentiality waiver, nevertheless one of the nurses told me they had spoken with Dr. Etter and that he had told them my entire medical history. When I confronted Dr. Etter about this, he lied and said the hospital hadn't even called him. Dr. Etter is incredibly kind and friendly, but when it comes to being reliable and trustworthy, Dr. Etter is unfortunately inadequate."
