Reviews
"I was highly impressed with this urgent care. I scheduled an appt at the desk for the next day and was seen immediately on time. All staff was kind and knowledgeable. The NP Sarah Sullivan was exceptional. Thank you Southcoast!"
"If I could give 0 stars I would. They purposefully jack up their wait times. Today they said the wait was 5 hours. This is to discourage patients when they are busy. The staff is indifferent. Clearly here passing time with no actual care for other human beings. After waiting two hours and being called while in the bathroom, where I did answer the phone to say I would be out shortly, I was told I was now at the back of the line. I asked how many more hours it would be then and was told 'who knows'. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else."
"The staff was friendly but if I could leave zero stars I would. I came in early and sat for over an hour after checking in to be told my insurance wasn't accepted. I understood and was more than happy to pay for the visit and then was told with my type of insurance I couldn't pay out of pocket... I offered to pay cash upfront just to be treated and was rejected because my insurance I then had to sit at the ER with a swollen eye for additional time to be treated."
"First off, I was there this past Saturday right at 9 am. I was one of the first patients seen and was taken into the office 20 after 9. They ran the tests that they needed to and one of my tests was going to take 40 minutes so the NP said I could leave and they would call me but mentioned nothing about someone beginning the check out process. By this time I was already there 1 hour and 45 minutes for a strep, flu and Covid test. I proceeded to go to the desk to ask if I could leave and they asked if the doctor had seen me yet which I hadn’t. While having the conversation with the lady at the desk and hearing nothing about my results, the same NP that said I could leave and doctor were chatting it up and laughing behind the woman at the desk. They said I couldn’t leave without seeing the doctor. I went back into the room to which not even 3 minutes later another nurse asked if I had gotten swabbed yet after getting swabbed 3 times already at this point 2 hours ago with still no results. The doctor finally made her way in told me my results and mentioned they were going to send my strep test for a culture and my results would be on my MyChart. I am presuming my test was never sent for a culture as nothing was on my MyChart. However in my MyChart, they wrote me down as “obese” as a young woman who is 5’2 at 114lbs. I have been this weight for 2 years now and have never been told I was obese. They gave me a prescription for amoxicillin if my culture test came up positive but then proceeded to say “to take it anyway even if it’s negative” while I am 8 weeks pregnant and shouldn’t be taking medication for strep if I don’t have it. All in all I was there for 3 hours. VERY UNORGANIZED and no sense of compassion to their patients. NP Caitlin and Doctor Assistant Jennifer Lussier were the two people I saw this day. Take the drive to Dartmouth Urgent Care. This Fall River location is HORRIBLE"
"Caring and compassionate staff Very clean and friendly environment They do the best to get people in and out in a timely manner. Took my son for a dislocated knee and was in and out with crutches brace and X-rays done within 2 hours ! The woman X-ray tech was so kind and helpful with my son. All the staff there deserve a raise and vacation because those people are angles !!!"
