"If possible I would currently give zero. In the past a 10. However, my prescriber had retired, she refilled my meds on 12/16/2023, but had missed one. She told me to call in January and I will be assigned a new prescriber. I have called 6 times, left detailed messages on all the extensions. My insurance company has tried to reach the practice for approval, they also have not heard anything. I have emailed & called the CEO Eleftheria Tsavoussis without a response. I have been without my medication for a week - with no change in sight. Beyond serious and dangerous for my health. I will be filing a complaint with the Department of Mental Health today!!"

"I started here during the pandemic when it was telehealth. I've never had any issues with scheduling appointments or making contact with either my therapist or the front desk. Everyone’s been courteous and helpful for the entire two years I’ve been receiving services."

"I have been with WBH since they moved to this current location. My therapist Christine is wonderful and she is the only reason I am giving this practice two stars. If you want to deal with major MEAN GIRL drama and unprofessionalism in the front office/administration then this is your place. You will get it all from a moody receptionist to taking out a bad day on you...right down to walking through the folks who smoke on the front stoop as u enter the building! The best part the owner, Lefty cares only about money and not the well being or concerns of her clients."

"In my experience, this place is great! The front desk staff are very professional and have returned my calls right away. When I called to make my first appointment at their office, they returned my call within 24 hours. Also, the provider they paired me up with is fantastic; he’s really nice and really listens to what I have to say. He also doesn’t overprescribe my medication like my 2 past prescribers did. All in all, I’ve had a fantastic experience at WBH and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a psychiatric prescriber."

"I wasn't going to leave a review of this place, figuring it was just a bad match of therapist to my needs. But now that I've received a wrongful bill a year later, I feel compelled to warn people to stay away. First, the therapy: it was a joke. I am a trained therapist and I know that you do not make your client wait 20 minutes so you can take a personal phone call. You also don't spend 15 minutes of that remaining session time discussing the details of your personal call with your client. You also don't interrupt your clients. Completely unacceptable treatment. Now, onto the billing: I was insulted over the phone because I asked them why I received a bill in the mail. When I called insurance, they told me Waltham BH made a billing error and were not supposed to send the bill to me. Do yourself a favor and just skip this place."
