"I've been a patient at Derry Neurological since the mid 2000's. First I saw Paul Barlow, then Dr. Rind. I have severe ADHD where if I don't have a reminder of some sort for appointments I will forget them. All doctor's offices are required to do some sort of confirmation for an appointment to remind the patient. For the past 3 years I haven't received any sort of confirmations OR reminders for my appointments. I stopped taking my Adderall back in July 2020 due to a high heart rate and was unmedicated for it until November 2022. I've been trying to work on remembering to put my appointments in my phone calendar but as some may understand, it's easy to get distracted at check out with so many people talking and then once I leave it's out of sight, out of mind. I was supposed to get botox for migraines in July 2022, accidentally missed the appointment, and never heard from them again. I've called and left voicemails, submitted refills for my much needed relpax, and no answer to any of them. The refills went unanswered from their office and were never filled. They insist that they send reminder emails and call patients but based on my records (phone call logs and email accounts where I never delete emails) they haven't reached out to me in years. I've made sure they only have my phone number on file and aren't calling my parents, I've checked to make sure they only have my primary email, and they said everything is in my file yet I never hear from them. I have a congenital malformation called chiari malformation that shouldn't be left untreated and that should be checked on with an MRI at least once a year. I haven't had an MRI since 2018. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you want quality patient service."

"I love Dr. Rescigno for my daughter he was amazing and connected with her on her level. Talked about anime with her. Very knowledgeable. I love Dr. Luchanok he has helped me so much after my concussion and later long covid. He has made a huge difference in my life. My only complaint is they no longer take NH healthy families or NH medicaid plans. I understand that isn't all on them the NH medicaid reimbursement rate is a joke but I am sad to have to say good bye to 2 amazing neurologist."

"The worst practice I have ever been to. Dr Rescigno has horrible bedside manner and yelled at me when I had anxiety during my EMG. Walked away from me when I was trying to get questions answered. Never followed up. His office staff Tammy is horrible. And if you want your information faxed to random places this place is great. Never again. I would never recommend this place to anyone."

"It's very rare that I find a doctor or medical provider that's as knowledgeable and as skilled as Dr. Luchanok is. Not only is he an expert at his field, he takes the time to explain why a certain treatment or medication could work for you, as well as the possible side-effects. Other doctors generally throw meds at you, and don't explain either of these things. He thinks ahead as well, creating a treatment plan, with fallback options ahead of time, in case the first treatment option doesn't work for his patients. I'm also found the front desk and nurses to be kind, patient, and knowledgeable. 5 stars!"
