"There were reasonable wait times for same-day service, and I received excellent care, but I left off a star because it stated online that they had X-ray capability on-site but did not. I would have made a different decision had I known that beforehand. When you are feeling ill, the last thing you want to do is make two stops rather than one. It defeats the purpose of using a service like that. The staff were polite and kind, though, which I appreciated."
"We live in the South and I am visiting my parents. My 5 year old got sick on the way.It was extraordinarily easy to get an appointment and file insurance paperwork. Everything about the visit was timely and professional. All of the staff were wonderful treating my daughter as well. When I am in the area I will certainly use them again if needed."
