"The staff at QC Kinetics in Lowell were very professional and personable. I believe the science behind the process that QC Kinetix offers is really impressive and makes a lot sense. There were 2 factors that put us off. First, being that the cost is very high. I expected it to be a lot but not as much as it is. Second, there was a lot of redundancy in the “sales pitch”. In a sense, it was oversold to us. Which made it feel less authentic, which led to skepticism. Maybe we will revisit this after they have been around longer."

"I wish they had a better breakdown of what all the treatments cost. When I went in, I was quoted differently (higher) than I had been over the phone. Months later, after treatment had begun, I was told they could not do the BMAC procedure, then they began again with the plasma. I asked about that at my next appointment, as the stem-cell treatment was the reason I went to QC. They said I could not do that & they would give me a refund of some of the money, but again, I would have no idea what they were actually charging for the BMAC as well as the other procedures. That should be broken down & very clear. I wonder, now, if they can not do this procedure again, will I be refunded?...because this is a lot of money out of my pocket to never have completed what I thought would be the protocol."
