"I am absolutely disgusted with this place. Drove over an hour for my 8:30am appointment and the place is totally empty. I finally get a hold of someone from the on call who told me the dr was on a surgery and to call Monday. When I started crying, I was hung up on. Absolutely unprofessional, already going through a hard time obviously as I’m coming to this place and the lack of communication from office staff and their on call staffs lack of empathy is just disgusting. Now I need to wait over a week to get into planned parenthood but at least I know they’ll actually see me! Those women on the phone from planned parenthood were actually so happy to help me which I can’t say for this place!"

"ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME HERE. This place does not care about you or your health. That is very clear to me considering my experience. I agree with the other reviews on here that state you feel like just a number and like they want you in and out. As soon as I walked in the room, I said something and the doctor said “oh, you already had the procedure done?” How do they not even take 1 minute to read each patients visit and their history? That disgusts me and this is horrible practice. They don’t really ask questions on how you’re feeling or anything. With my procedure, I was told to come back for a follow up appt in 2 weeks and they even wrote the date on my sheet. I called 2 weeks later to confirm the time, and they didn’t know what I was talking about. So I went back one week later which was a total of 3 weeks. This is way too long for a follow up considering I told them I still had bleeding and pain and they said it was normal. I am going to get a second opinion because now they’re waiting me wait another week, in pain, so they can tell me the next steps because the “ultrasound is unclear.” Please everyone just go to Planned Parenthood instead!"

"This health center is much less a clinic but feels more like an abortion mill. Front desk staff are sub par and not at all welcoming considering the reason patients are here. Doctor is extremely rushed and could care less about the patient but just wants you in and out. He wasn’t kind to his staff nor patients. The nurse in recovery was so unfriendly I wanted to cry. I was told her name was drew. No one was there to support me and I would recommend anyone considering coming here go elsewhere."

"Staff is very uneducated in billing health insurance insurances and turn away patients with insurance. They don’t call back long wait on hold. Rude people. Don’t even come to this place even if your desperate. Place is a pit."
