"All they’ll do is tell you to take some tylenol. I went in with a throat swelling issue and recovering from heat exhaustion and asked for an IV, only to be told “You seem fine.” If you can avoid this place, please do so. You will not be properly attended to because they don’t like doing their jobs."

"Made a same day appointment online for an x-ray. Showed up and was told rudely their x-ray machine was broken. When I mentioned it would be helpful if it said that on the website I was told "the website is separate and we don't have anything to do with it". Clearly this is a company that doesn't care about their customers. The receptionist was irritated with my questions about where else I could go. I was clearly in pain and could barely move. There was no warmth or compassion. I will not be returning."

"I have been to Circle Health for a variety of reasons. I have not waited very long, been treated respectfully and professionally. I appreciate the ability to get blood draws before my appointments in Milford and Boston- saves a lot of waiting time. I'd recommend it to anyone needing a quick health assessment. I have yet to meet my primary care doctor - takes weeks to get an appointment."

"I would not even give one star. Receptionists are quick to call you up to check you in and then do not put paperwork in order of time time arrived. When you ask how much longer because people are being called out of order for blood work, you get an attitude as if you’re bothering their personal conversations. They then sit behind the desk and talk about you as if you don’t hear them. I will say Elizabeth the tech who took my sons blood, was apologetic and friendly. Receptionists need some training in customer service."

"They don't care about the patient AT ALL. My husband had pain in his hand and also severe stomachache but they said everyone should stand in the line that was for the people who wanted to get tested for their flights. After we passed that stage, we entered the clinic but they did not tell us how long this waiting lasts and now it is 3.5 hours that we are waiting (just inside the clinic) and they still say there are people in front of you but there is NOBODY. They just laugh and talk but no work. We are starving and having pain. I don't know who these people are!!!"
