The team works together on a treatment plan (alleviating symptoms from a neck injury for me) and have been helping to get my neck mobility back in a patient and effective manner, I like that they are not aggressively trying to slap a band aide on the problem, and are instead working to get down to the root problem!"

"Got a call from this company from the scheduling department from this lady named Karen. Well guess what her name lives up to her personality and customer services skills. I tried making an appointment back in February for a massage and refused to put in a credit card because my insurance company covers everything. She put me in the system back in February as to not reschedule because of it. My doctor referred me yet again to this same place for the same problem. Yet again this lady has tried to put my credit card on file. And told me that I will never get an appointment there if I don’t. Never had I had a place ask me to put a card on file because my insurance covers everything. She then swore at me and told me pretty much in her own way to go pound sand. When I told her that I am an on call employee and that if I had to cancel later then 48 hrs that I would have to bring in a note from my place of work and still be charged $50.00 for not showing up. Now a reminder I haven’t even made the first appointment yet. This was the second time I tried to make an appointment with them and got the same attitude and rudeness from any kinda medical provider in my life. I would not recommend this place for the life of me. If I could give this place a 0 stars I would."
