"Terrible. When I made the appt, I told them what I was coming for. Yet, during my ~10 minute consultation with the doctor, I learned nothing about my problem and was advised by Dr. Dietz to read the internet for management of the problem. If they had nothing to offer me, they shouldn't have made the appointment. Just got a bill for $400. Very expensive mistake."
"New England Hand Associates has helped me 3 times and I highly recommend them for fractures, carpal tunnel and any other hand issue. They listen and they have compassion and I would not go anywhere else! You will not be disappointed."
"When I first met Michael Brunelli MD, I was put at ease with his peaceful manner and professionalism. I had been referred to, see him by a friend of mine who had successful Carpal Tunnel surgery performed by him. I just had Carpal Tunnel surgery performed by him within the last 24 hours. I am feeling very little, if any pain. I have had to take no medications at all! I feel very positive that my surgery will be successful and look forward to getting back to normal day to day use of this hand! Best regards, Douglas Keenan"
"Regarding my visit in mid July: 1st the staff at NEHA are knowledgeable, helpful, and punctual! I brought my Kindle and didn't get to use it. Same with Dr Jurist, I did not have to wait long to see him. He was kind, answered all of my questions, and even took a moment to chat. I found that reassuring. 5 stars to the entire office!"
"Dr. Brunelli is the ONLY Orthopedic doctor that I trust implicitly. The office works efficiently and together. I’ve never had any issues with checking in, checking out (which they may provide you with information). They are on top of what is owed when you give them your health insurance card. When I see Dr. Brunelli, he is patient, kind, and is focused on you (the patient) the entire time. He is very down to earth while maintaining a professional balance. His visits are precise, short, and productive. His surgeries are like no other. I’ve had numerous cortisone shots and almost all fingers had “Trigger Finger” or A1 Pulley Release surgery. He is the only person I trust to do this job. And one other great attribute about going to see him is that he has different offices. If you have something come up (I usually wait till my issue is at it’s worst- don’t do that) you can call his office (as long as it’s not a “first visit”) and they get you in typically faster than most specialists. I am extremely particular with my specialist doctor’s. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, nor trust anyone else but Dr. Brunelli."
