"He's highly unresponsive. It takes several phone calls to get him to call you back, or answer a question about medication he prescribed. But you know what his office won't forget to call you about? The FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS he charges to send *your own* medical records to your new doctor. In Massachusetts, doctors are not allowed to charge for finding/searching for your medical records, only a nominal fee for sending it. Dr. Mikael and his clinic co-owners/fellow doctors will not release your files to a new doctor (not even electronically) without payment. And for that, his staff finds the time to call you several times a week. Save yourself the trouble and find a good doctor to go to!"
