"Well in the past i'd give Dr. Nagy Mikael high stars and praise. However, not that I am in URGENT need to see a neurologist and they requested my medical history of my issue, this practice wants to charge me $55 for my OWN HEALTH RECORDS. This is ridiculous. None of my other doctors have EVER charged me for MY OWN PERSONAL HEALTH records. One charged me shipping because I needed them burned to a CD and I was too far away to pick up, but $55 to get me my personal health j formation so I can urgently get scheduled to a specialist. This is crazy. I won't ever be going back. So now they have also caused me to have to restart all my Healthcare needs with a new provider."

"This review is for Dr. Nagy Mikhail. He's difficult to get a hold of, his office phone is often answered by the answering service (not staff at the office), and whatever messages are sent to him, he often doesn't follow up on. My husband had to call 5x over 2wks just to get the name of the medication he needed. On top of the unresponsiveness, all doctors in this office charge $55 to electronically send your medical files to your new doctor (we moved and my husband needed a new doctor). FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS to send files online to the new doctor, for continuation of care. I've never been charged by any doctors, let alone this much money. Cannot recommend this clinic to anyone. Even Emerson Hospital Medical Records Office says that $55 is ridiculous."

"Courteous staff, great doctor. Dr Nagy has always been attentive and helpful. If you do have problems with a referral and have already left a message, talk to the staff (don't hit the referral option when calling for follow up) and they'll correct it."

"This is the worst Doctor's office I have ever dealt with. I went to the Urgent care on Dec 4, 2017 and although Dr. Mikael himself was professional and did a good job - nothing about this experience has been acceptable. I went there as a walk- in, as advertised by their website. Ittook them 2 hours to see me. But that's not my issue. My diagnosis was dry-eye syndrome and I was told to see an eye doctor immediately. They recommended an eye doctor to me. I called the eye doctor the next day and was told they could not see me until middle of January since I was a new patient. But if I could have the referring medical doctor send a referral for an immediate appt., they could see me. I've been calling Alpha Medical Associates multiple times per day since then (it is now Dec 22) and left messages - all with an answering service. Not sure why they can't answer their own phones during business hours. Nobody has called me back and needless to say, my eyes need attention but I can't get into an eye doctor sooner without a referral."
