They provided counseling and an early ultrasound and pregnancy test that helped me weigh my options, and even supported me through next steps for getting proper prenatal care. After experiencing a difficult loss before this pregnancy, this was the comfort I needed. After they let me browse a room full of baby items such as clothes and toys to get something for baby. I even got a follow-up call to see how I was doing. I’m now 31 weeks along and expecting our second child very soon. Thank you Real Options for your help!"

"They do not respect personal or health decisions of their clients unless they align with their own views. They will isolate young girls preventing a support person from being present. They then outright lie and pressure them to keep the baby also gaslighting to confuse them. Unfortunately, due to privacy I cannot be more specific but I will be when I file a complaint with the Attorney General, city of Nashua and whoever they direct me to contact. In regards to specific individuals, I am filing a formal complaint against them with your licensing board. To owner - go ahead and deny these allegations for now. This isn't a case of she said/she said. Anyone who is in need of care please contact planned parenthood in Manchester or Derry NH. They are supportive, less expensive and most important do not lie or abuse the young girls who are looking for support and direction. They chose the wrong patient to play mind games with and I am going to make sure that they do not get away with this. Yes, what they did was that bad."

She gave me the most adorable knit baby blanket and let me peruse the shop filled with maternity clothes and baby clothes. I felt so welcome and understood.
