Lifespan Urgent Care - Warwick

"Don’t go to this urgent care. Spend your time somewhere else. They don’t do their jobs right and they are rude. I was told it was a 1 hour wait so I then stayed. There was multiple people there. I was there for about three hours, to just get my ear was inflamed and said I don’t have to worry about it to much. When she stuck the ear thing in my ear she went to far and hurt my ear more. I went to another place later at night that took me right in and said I needed serious attention due to my symptoms that they knew about. Go somewhere else. You are pretty much wasting your time."

"Went to this place the other day and was seen rather quickly, but by a nurse practitioner. I want to see a doctor, not an NP or PA.They should ask if you prefer one or the other since I'm paying for the service. Healthcare is relying too heavily on PA's and NP's. They are not doctors for a reason and I have experienced and suffered the consequences of not being seen by a doctor. So no, I was not happy."

"Looking at these reviews makes me think I got lucky? I came in with ear pain and vertigo. The girl at the front desk was so friendly! I checked in about 2pm. I was brought in 5 minutes later and seen by the medical assistant. She wasn’t the friendliest. Then the PA came in, diagnosed me and sent me on my way. She was really nice. In and out in under a half hour. Clean in here as well. It’s so daunting going into these places and today I was pleasantly surprised!"

"This place is ridiculous. Stay away. They want nothing to do with helping people. You don't have an urgent care center with 8 o'clock hours. But at 730, you're told you're a capacity with 2 people inside. And as you can see on their monitor that they have been there over an hour. One since 530 pm. So those individuals should be on their way out. And someone with a swollen eyelid should be able to be looked at in 45 seconds. But nope told go to Garden City. This place should be embarrassed that customers come here and get sent to another place. But, however, Garden City, you should be super happy because you're getting tons of business due to their incompetence and unprofessional policies and demeanor. Hey all. Here is the message. Just don't come here and when they have to close due to no one coming here they'll have to put a real urgent center here. One that actually cares about helping people. Problem solved. That's what we need here in Warwick at Hoxie Four Corners. They were at capacity, but literally the workers are standing around doing nothing standing there. Waiting for someone to walk in so that they can approach you to tell you to go to Garden City. What an absolute disgrace! Be ashamed LifeSpan. This is a terrible product!"
