"This is like 3rd world country health care. If possible would give zero stars to match their zero compassion shown to patients. Totally unprofessional. They do not return phone calls quickly since they have a 72 hour return call policy...that's right! 72 hours! Slow to provide referrals no matter the urgency, disorganized staff and office procedures. Horrible at communicating."
"If I could give these people a zero star rating I would, unprofessional, uncaring and disorganized are the few words I can describe these people with. Maybe start treating people with respect, placed yourselves in their shoes. How would you like to call your doctor, whom you have been seeing for four years, just to be placed on hold and not called back for hours? And you are in pain?"
