"Unfortunately dealt with some really rude secretaries (Susan) at this location. I cancelled an appointment after having my baby early and they discharged me from care with no notice. When I called for a referral for a specialist Susan was extremely rude to me and acted like I committed a mortal sin by cancelling my previous physical. She said I would have to reregister as a patient and she "didn't even know if anyone would take me". Was able to get a new doctor within a half hour with zero issues at another practice. See ya never Susan."

"Every time I come to this office it's the same deal, uncaring rude nurses and my doctor calling me fat. My doctor never addresses or tries to fix my problems, I'm 205 I'm not really fat, bit of a stomach, but for some reason. Valerie's #1 go to diagnosis is "you're just fat" I've been looking into going somewhere else for health service because I'm not getting it here. Please believe the bad reviews"

"LOVE Dr. Kathryn Maier in Holden. I never had been a patient at Reliant before she moved there. It's clean and VERY professional. I also love that they offer labwork and mammogram screening in the same building and it's interconnected so I don't have to sit at a registration desk filling out endless paperwork. The staff does it all. I also really like the online portal. During COVid I was able to email Dr. Maier and her staff questions and received answers very quickly. It's a good fit."
