"Absolutely horrible! No one answers the phone, and the referrals were not done right. I almost had to cancel my gastro appointment today because they didn’t send over the insurance referral, (my referral appointment was a week prior). They said it was my job to get a fax number? No one told me this. Never heard of this in my life. They can also look this information up on Google. They said the office should have told me at check out, of course they did not. I believe this entire practice is incompetent. I would never go here again! Avoid this place like the plague!"
"Terrible, I have been wrongfully billed twice already, they don’t code the doctors visits correctly and you get a bill in the mail. I still have not been able to get it resolved since it takes forever to speak to them. Now I’m going to have to go there in person."
"I am new to the practice and I have had to call the office @ 3-4 times. The staff has been 100% patient and kind. They are knowledgeable and understanding."
"The person who answered the phone with extension 6 is extremely rude. She hung up the phone. Not willing to help. I have been trying to call multiple times and they never answer the call. They messed up my prescription refill. Every time we have asked for refills they make you see the doctor even though the doctor said there is no need for an appointment. They only want to bill the insurance"
"Dr. Lee is a kind and attentive doctor. Always calling the next day with the results of the tests, answering all the questions. He and his assistant Alyssa is a great team. In fact , the only ones - of all other doctors- my blood pressure would not go " white gown crazy high ". Very positive energy! Nice receptionists too! I never have to wait in line."
