"I had had a chimney sweep come about 2 months ago from a different company, noticed my fires were not starting fast but thought it was my wood. THEN started to get smoke DOWN my chimney so clearly something was clogged up. I called my chimney sweep and he was ill and highly suggested Atlantic Chimney. Fernando came with helper and in no time fournd the top was totally clogged and there was another problem that they cleared up and now my fires start up with no need for help of things we should not use in a wood stove but have to get things working. I am so happy with Atlantic Chimney and will work with them again. My chimney sweep was not to fault, it was me, should have called him and told him I am having a problem but instead I did things that caused the clogged up top of the chimney.
