"Love this facility, HATE their recent phone service. I get the hassle that changing systems brings, but I've waited on the phone for hours trying to get simple questions about my prescription status and appointment answered (I never get through) and it's actually faster to drive to the center and ask your question in person at this point. If their phone service changes to something actually usable instead of eternal hold music, I'll be more than happy to amend my review and give the facility 5/5 stars."
