"Basically never exhausted all resources. If they think so, they basically should admit that they are not equipped to helping anyone at all. I only used psychiatric services. They don’t give a damn about you. The director basically screamed at me over the phone a call she initiated to tell me to stop asking for help. Don’t bother all they care about is make the school look good and earn money. Capitalism sucks when they aren’t even equipped to helping."

"At least in therapy they'll ask you to open up so they can understand you. They'll then proceed to do absolutely nothing with that information. They try to understand you but they're supposed to do something with that, yet they don't. In general I'd say they'll worsen your condition and that they do more damage than good. But it is to be expected when a person with extensive years of training over many years ends up at a school rather than a medical field. Over all a waste of time or potentially dangerous. Don't believe me? Go and try their services for 3-4 weeks."

"First experience: I didn't like how this clinician was very cold to me when I had an anxiety attack the night before I saw her. She wasn't very helpful and I have one question for her, "What makes you qualified to be a mental health professional if you don't seem to care about your patients?" Second experience: There was this resident who was very nice, but I was near neutral to her. She wasn't entirely smart enough to prescribe what I needed. Third experience: The staff psychiatrist was cold and warm to me like a insulated water bottle. He was overall courteous and nice. But there was an edge to his voice when he gets impatient with you like normal. BUT he is one of the most unqualified professionals I have met. I could list a million reasons why. EDIT: I was manipulated to write this (above paragraph). I just had a little spat with my husband. I meant the opposite in anger. The rest are suggestions of improvement The director was very cold, rude and mean. She yelled at me over the phone for no reasonable reason and she barred me from seeing CCPH as a resource. I don't want to swear in this review but I hate CCPH with a passion now. If you are looking for a trustworthy, safe, and warm place, this is not necessarily the place that you are looking for. Look elsewhere. They have a high volume of patients so I will concede that they are not all powerful but the service and the treatment that I received there is not excused by any means. They didn't explain anything just coldly said look elsewhere all of the sudden. They don't prevent hospitalizations instead they relish in getting students into the hospital for in my case no reasonable reason. I learned nothing from CCPH to be honest. They are "downright neglectant" when people ask for help according to someone on Facebook and I agree wholeheartedly. They basically do nothing much and my insurance and I had to pay them tons of money apparently. One last experience: They weren't welcoming. The clinician who spoke to me was very rude. Waste of time and money if you ask me. Do they seem to care about you? No. There is always this cold reality that not everyone cares about you and so don't get your hopes up."
