As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we offer high-quality primary care services, including physical exams, urgent care, chronic disease management, diagnostic screenings, laboratory services, and Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) for substance use disorders. We also provide comprehensive preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care for both children and adults.

Our new patient portal offers a better online patient care experience, and we encourage all patients to register for this secure platform. We accept all forms of insurance, including MassHealth, Medicare, and private insurance, and offer assistance in applying for these programs at no cost.
