"My recent experience when trying to make an appointment was less than acceptable. I called while I was driving, since I have a very busy life and have no other time or privacy to make such calls to doctor’s offices. The receptionist that answered, basically refused to make an appointment for me because I was driving. In the amount of time it took to argue the point, she could have just made the appointment for me. Due to this incident, I will be switching providers. I don’t have time to deal with such things. The providers are all excellent, so this aid a very unfortunate event."
