"I don’t know where to even start. I was quoted 2800 to fix my transmission by another shop. I called this shop and as soon as I called and told him what was wrong he assured me I didn’t need a new transmission. He literally said no way, bring it in and I’ll see what I can do. He never brought up needing a new transmission and the whole experience felt like I knew him for years. He took the stress right out of me over the phone l.
