"Extremely unprofessional company! Appointment made on Friday afternoon and they never showed up. I call them at 5:00pm to see what's going on and I'm told they "won't make it today". They reschedule for Saturday morning. Saturday comes.....and goes and again, they don't show up. They couldn't even call me to tell me they weren't showing up. I lost a half days pay and most of my Saturday waiting around for these clowns. I get a phone call Tuesday morning from them to confirm an 8:00am appointment.. really? I never made that appointment. I explain to them that they failed to show up two days in a row and that I don't need them now. Their response........a dial tone! They hung up on me. Thanks but no thanks. Your customer service sucks. I'll find someone else to take care of water system. Funny part is, the more I tell people about this the more I hear that it's common for Emonds to do this to their customers. If I could give zero stars then I would!!!"
