"I am a local resident who called with a plumbing issue on 3/26/2020 at about 3pm. I left a message detailing my problem and respectfully requested a call back by leaving my contact information over their company voicemail. Of course, I was not given the courtesy of a return phone call either that day or in the days that followed. You sure this company deserves a 5 star rating? I definitely do not think so on the back of this poor performance. Needless to say, they are off my list and lost out on a $500 job. Won’t be contacting them again ."

"I previously was in communication with another company for work that apparently needed to be done on my oil tank. Communication with this previous company was not great and after finally having someone come to look at our tank it was stated that a whole bunch of work now had to be redone and they would be getting back to me with a quote. After a week of not hearing anything I finally had to call the company and ask if they had any information for me and was ultimately told that I now needed to find a new company because they were too busy with their “actual clients” to have time set aside for me. Not in my happiest mindset I ended up calling M&K Plumbing and Heating. I explained my situation and everything that I had been informed. Communication with Mike was excellent and they were at my house the next week, as that was the date I had selected. They were nothing but professional and educated on whatever needed to be done. I would highly recommend using them if you are looking for work that needs to be done or even regular maintenance. We will be using them from now on for any work and future basic maintenance needed."
