"Previous experience was good but this time around was horrible. Tech was complaining the whole time. He didn’t clear the pipe so I exposed the wall on his recommendation and discovered he punctual the tee with the snake, water leaking everywhere. He assured us he will be back to fix the leak. He went out to truck to schedule a time only to return to say they don’t do residential fixes. Left us holding the bag and charged us $195 for nothing. Beware, call a certified plumber. Update: they responded to our review, apologized for the unfortunate incident and refunded us. We were pleased with their prompt response."
