"I Took my car there for diagnostic. Roger charged me almost $200 and did absolutely nothing with the problem. He sent me to Nissan where I had to pay another diagnostic fee. I tried calling him to negotiate And see if I could at least get a partial refund as suggested by Nissan since he couldn’t diagnosed the issue with my car. He was mad when I called and started cursing then hanged up on me. Very unprofessional. Disappointed of this business not ok to scam people like that. He doesn’t have a conscience."
