"Never got past trying to make an appointment. They would only agree to making an appointment if I sent my records. After my records were sent I had to call back because I was promised that an appointment would be made and the office did not call me back. I was told that the computers crashed and I would have to wait a couple more days before I would receive a phone call. On my 4th phone call I was sent to "voice mail" no explanation of who's voice mail... Just "voice mail" I called back a fifth time and was told that doctor had to meet to "triage" the severity of all the patients calling to determine who would be seen first. I was originally told that I could get an appointment in a couple weeks once the records were sent in. On my fifth call I was told maybe May or June. Is this example of America's medical system? I hope not!"
