"I really don't like to leave negative reviews, and I'm always so happy to leave positive reviews. This is a very positive review, so you can imagine how happy I am to leave it. I have found Pinnacle highly responsive from the get-go, very willing and able to communicate. The proposed solution was exactly what I'd hoped for (a ducted central system with two heat pumps, one for each floor, and a mini-split in a room that was not accessible from the central system). The team is now in my house for the second week and they're great. It's always a bit tricky to anticipate where the ductwork (supplies and returns) will be routed, and they've gone above and beyond in trying to find solutions that will minimize loss of space in closets while being aesthetically sensitive to the design of the rooms. Further, the crew has been great at cleaning up after themselves at the end of the day, and setting up properly when they return in the morning. And one more thing: they've always shown up. And if there are issues or delays, I am the first to know. I suppose I ought to wait until we turn the switch on, but felt that Pinnacle HVAC deserves this review even while we're in process. "I can highly recommend Pinnacle. I got several estimates before starting a project that involved what was going to be fixing or replacing an old gas furnace in a very tight attic, as well as installing a heat pump for that same area (a dual fuel system). I went with Pinnacle because their price was reasonable, but they also seemed very knowledgeable. In addition to the second floor project, I also asked them to look at an heat pump that was previously installed for our first floor, as it did not seem to be working (though gas furnace was). While working here, they were determined to do things correctly, even if it required a lot of extra time. They explained everything they were doing; they tested every single thing to be sure it was working properly; and they kept to their estimate despite many hours that were not anticipated. They were always very courteous with regard to coming to the house - calling the day before to check in, as well as sending a text reminder and a text notification shortly before arriving. They were great with my dogs and working with me on fitting my tight driveway. Plus, I love the new system they installed. It's a huge improvement over what we had and the little changes they made to ducts, vents, etc.have taken away the dramatic "cold" rooms that we have suffered from (even in mild weather). "Pinnacle HVAC is the best. My 30-year-old steam boiler recently stopped working, which left me with no heat. Mike arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue, repaired my heat temporarily, and returned the next day with a part to finish the repair. He even followed up the next day by phone to check that everything was still working properly. When I asked about replacing the boiler, Jay (owner/founder) offered to work with me on the necessary paperwork for Mass Save's heat loan program, but he also assured me there was still some life left in my boiler. Pinnacle HVAC truly cares about their customers, and they have the reputation to prove it. Highly recommend for all your HVAC needs!"
