"Hardwire Dishwasher Install - Derek did an amazing job once again for us. We have used Heartwell quite often for various projects. In this case Derek found space in his day to be super responsive and arrive the day after we called. He worked around a difficult install, all the while being super personable and professional. In less than three hours he had the old one out and new one in and running. I can not recommend him and his company enough, considering most of the other companies in his industry are either not taking new customers or charge an insane amount per hour."

"Update to our boiler less then a year later. It's likely ruined bc of their poor work quality. They never responded to us. Just stopped responding. Paid $1200 for our boiler to be ruined Contacted this company to have a well issue fixed, leaky shower fixed and our boiler ready for winter. Shower and boiler were done and we were "good". Made arrangements for the well issue to be done and that's when communication with Hartwell fell apart. We contacted them to see when the job would be done and we were ignored. Now our boiler that they "cleaned" is showing signs of not being properly cleaned. And if it's not done ASAP we could have bigger issues. This is upsetting since we paid Hartwell asap every time they came out. We paid without any issues. Now that we are trying to contact them with this boiler issue we are being ignored. It is frustrating. So we paid them for jobs that were not done properly. They never fixed the well so we paid more money with another company. And the boiler is not cleaned as it should've been. If it was cleaned it wouldn't be showing signs that it wasn't. I can only hope that my leaky shower was actually fixed correctly and same with the boiler part that was fixed. Paid Hartwell money for jobs that were not done properly and it stinks. Wasted time and money."

"Called for a simple leak in the bathtub and was told needed to replace parts. After $400, leak not fixed, leaking worse than before and Hartwell isn't responding."

"My water pipe burst on February 3. The guy who used to do my repairs strung me along until March 21. Then he picked a fight and quit. I called Derrick Hartwell on March 23 and told him my problems. He was very busy, but still managed to find time to get my water working again today March 25. Derrick and Dawson were wonderful. The price was reasonable, too. Sure wish the first guy quit sooner. Hartwell plumbing and heating is the way to go!!"

"Had new pipes in home they did a great job cleaned up when they were done. For the plumbing work they did the price was more than reasonable, when i got estimates from other companies it was twice the price I was very happy to find them. I recommend them to any one that ask if i know a good plummer who is reasonable and do great work"
