"Great food"
"Never anything but good experiences and have been here several times he has always been honest and prices always fair. To the person complaining about price all I can say is a quick Google search shows that's how much your repair costs so you should not blame them"
"He fixed something rather simple with my son's car, mostly labor as I recall ('something hard to get to in the motor'...isn't that how it always goes?), cost us over 400 dollars. All well and good except that when my husband picked up the car the brakes were gone, he had to drive it home using the e-brake. The shop owner said it was the brake line and we'd have to take it somewhere else to get that fixed. Bcz I wasn't there I didn't get to ask him "wth?" My husband tried to explain it to me but it made no sense. I still don't understand why it falls on us to fix the brake line when the brakes were working just fine when we took it in. My husband said maybe it's just a bolt that needs to be tightened, still, it seems just to check this out requires putting the car up on a lift (not ramps) and a special wrench with a long extension all of which requires taking it to another professional -- if that is the problem. All I can say is I wish I'd called the guy to haggle with him myself instead of dismissing it like my husband did. It's been about 3 months, the car is still undrivable, we have to find a good and honest mechanic bcz now we need to get the car on the road and I've been told that if we have to replace one brake line-better do them all-could cost 500 or more. And we'll have to pay to tow it to a shop or try to drive it with the e-brake and hope for the best. What a monumental pain and expense. Possibly is not Stewart's fault but I can't imagine what happened to the brake line while he was working on the car that is not his fault."
"I was charged $400 for 1 hour of work that included, 5 quarts of transmission fluid, gasket that leaked, and two 2 foot transmission lines. Fluid $36.00 at auto parts store. Gasket and filter $25.00 at parts store. Transmission lines $10.00 each at parts store. Tow $75.00. Labor $360.00 for 1 hour of work. Talking about being ripped off..."
