Rapid Response Plumbing and HVAC

"It is a joy to write this review about our experience with Rapid Response Plumbing in Framingham. Two days before Christmas (Saturday) we had an unwanted leak under our sink that could have flooded the kitchen. We called a few plumbing companies in the area and Rapid Response was the only company that answered our call. Kirk, the plumber on call, answered ourbcall, took all the information and made a home visit within a few hours. I was astonished with the personal service Kirk gave us (while maintaining a sense of humor) on what was probably one of the busiest days of the year. He had every piece of equipment in his truck needed to replace the culprit garbage disposal and cleaned up nicely under the sink before he left. My husband and I greatly appreciate the “Rapid Response “. When I called yesterday to thank the company, another plumber Dan answered the call and he was also personable and gave me the contact info for the owner. I was able to reach Eric today to express our appreciation. Amazing company, thank you again!"

"I have used Rapid Response a number of times over the past few years. I was having no luck with plumbers when I first called them, as most plumbers are good but are in such heavy demand that I couldn't get them to even call me back. These guys did and have been terrific. They have replaced my water heater and fixed my heating. They even changed a sink fixture when I couldn't figure out how to do it no matter how many youtube videos I watched. It was really simple but he comforted me in my lack of knowledge. He actually taught me what to do. Which is really cool. So I don't know why there are negative reviews but I can only say that these guys have been better than great to me. And I would highly recommend them to anybody."
