"This irresponsible plumber does not pick up his calls, we cannot leave him a voicemail because it is full. He put up a new boiler on a home we bought and on the day we closed, it was leaking. We attempted to contact him through our realtor and seller to fix the issue, but he has not answered our calls. We had a tough time getting a plumber to come look at the boiler since the work is under warranty. The leak got worse and we are still trying to get a plumber to come in. I never dealt with this plumber personally, but the fact the he does not answer his phone and customers are unable to leave a voicemail says a lot about his professionalism."
