"In the morning, Mr Rooter called me and said the service is $395 for sewer cleaning. I called back in noon to schedule it and I was told the service is $495. When the guy come in the afternoon and ask $550 before the job. He said Mr Root told him the job START from $495. Total job the he only did less than one hour."
