"I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this business!!!!! I rented a tuxedo for my son's senior prom and I went to pick it up when they told me to and I waited 2 hours. When my son went to get dressed for the prom, only one leg was hemmed (the other was 8 inches longer) and the jacket sleeves were also not hemmed and still had the chalk marks. I was very very upset by this. We paid $250 and the tuxedo looked terrible. I call to speak to the owner and he eventually called me back. He offered $50 off the rental and I said that was unacceptable. He was going to look at the tuxedo and call me back, which he never did. I think I deserve a full refund, since the tuxedo was in terrible condition and this was my son's only prom, because his junior prom was canceled due to covid. Do not rent a tuxedo from this business!!!!! They do a terrible job and they have extremely bad customer service, because they don't call you back when they say they will. If the owner reaches out to me, like he said he would, I will update my review."
