"After seeing the many 5-star reviews, we booked an appointment for a fitting on behalf of my future father-in-law, and arrived early for our appointment, but were not acknowledged by staff upon our entry to the store. However, other clients were acknowledged by staff and offered seats and water. 15 minutes past our appointment time, we sought out and spoke to our scheduled staff member who was still finishing up with a previous client. While we understand that they are busy and perhaps understaffed, their lack of time management and customer service towards us led to us cancelling our appointment. Staff did not apologize for running late, greet/welcome us, or thank us for our patience, and overall did not seem to value our time or business. We would not recommend this shop."

"My husband and I had a great experience with 9Tailors for his wedding tuxedo. Initially, we started the custom design process with another company but had to pivot due to fabric unavailability. Fortunately, we discovered 9Tailors, and it turned to be a better fit. The variety of fabric options allowed my husband to find the specific look he envisioned. Jim guided us through the entire custom design process with evident knowledge and thoroughness. At each decision point, he provided valuable, decisive suggestions and informed us about different options. The ability to customize every detail made the experience truly memorable. My husband received numerous compliments on the tux fabric. We highly recommend 9Tailors for their service in making the process of designing a custom tuxedo a delight."

"Jim was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough as we went through the process of designing my first custom suit for my wedding. At each decision point, he was able to offer suggestions and inform me on different options we could go with. There were plenty of options for fabrics, linings, buttons, and other design aspects. I really enjoyed going through the process and the end result was worth every penny. Not only did the suit fit perfectly and look amazing, but I was comfortable in it the entire day. Custom suits aren’t cheap, but I think 9Tailors is your best bet for getting a fantastic custom suit at a very reasonable price."

"It's not easy to find a wedding outfit/suit for multiple women but Olivia absolutely nailed it! She made us all feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole process and has an eye for detail. "I couldn't say better things about this place. My fiance recommended them to me for making my wedding suit, as they are known for being trans & LGBT-friendly. I'm a trans man, and haven't had a lot of experience with formal wear, but the lovely employee(s) at 9 Tailors (shout out to Olivia) made me feel welcomed, supported, and confident in my suit and shirt choices. There's ample sitting room to wait and the staff is highly knowledgeable of their craft. Expect to get fitted here-this is not a place to shop & browse necessarily. Highly recommended!"
