"I had the absolute most amazing experience with Gigi! All the way from the first phone call with Gigi to the appointment where I found my dream dress!!! Gigi was personable and very experienced. I have a curvy body shape and I felt so comfortable with her that I tried styles outside my comfort zone…and boom! Happiness! I highly recommend and urge everyone to trust the process, she knows her stuff and is never pushy!"
"GAVE ME THE WRONG DRESS. Unfortunately I had a very had experience and would seriously warn others from buying anything here. I had to purchase a bridesmaid dress for an out of country wedding. I ordered the dress in December 2021 for a wedding in Sept 2022. Had no updates on the status of the dress for months until July 22', I was told the dress arrived. When I got to the store to my surprise it was a totally different dress style. After lengthy emails and discussions, Keith and Gigi said there was nothing they could do and would not provide any financial compensation because it was the dress company's fault. When it was pointed out beading was missing they also could not guarantee the repairs would be done in time for me to travel. The other bridesmaids had ordered from another store several months after me, got their dresses before me, and got the correct dress they ordered. On so many levels I am disappointed on the customer service, from not informing me right away about the dress issue, and doing absolutely NOTHING to help fix it. Most difficult was having the bride deal with this extra stress and having her vision of the wedding changed. I would not recommend buying from here and will not return."
"Giggi’s bridal is wonderful. From the moment you walk in you get a personalized styling session. The selection of dresses is amazing and they are all truly beautiful. I purchased a dress from Giggi and then had a change of heart. She was very accommodating and allowed me to come in again to try on some other dresses. I highly recommend supporting small shops and this one is great. My fiancé will be getting his groomsman attire here as well. Photos to share after we tie the knot :)"
"Giggi is the best. She pulled a bridal gown for me the first appointment and the moment I walked out of the dressing room and saw myself in the mirror with it on, I broke down in happy tears. She is super accommodating regarding payment, and scheduling an appointment with her is super easy through her online website. She really knows what she's doing in this business because she knew exactly which dress to pull for me and it ended up being the one! I can't wait to wear my dress! The dress she pulled is gorgeous and reasonably priced close to the top end of my budget! She never pulled dresses out of my budget, either! She's great at knowing what her brides want. She's also super friendly, conversational, and down-to-earth and her bridal salon is so comfy and feels like home."
"Hello and good day to those reading through the reviews, I am responding to a previous review given by an individual who was actually supposed to be part of the bridal party as maid of honor for a 9/16 wedding, however this individual quit on the bride a month or two prior to the wedding when she made the initial request to Gigi's to have her dressed delivered to NY. Gigi's Bridal do not mail dresses, she was informed she can contact one of the other bridal party individuals, the bride or go pick it up but that they DO NOT provide delivery services, due to her negative attitude and tone she took to Gigi and the other bridal party we refused to pick the dress up and send it to her she could have easily said to Gigi that she understood they don't provide delivery (because you know they aren't USPS or FedEx) and nicely asked me or another girl even the bride to pick it up and we would have gladly sent it like I did for another bridesmaid. But that's not what happened, she took a negative tone and immediately went on a defensive mode towards Gigi and the rest of the staff with negative emails and reviews whom I have read and responded. It is not fair to Gigi's bridal to have such of an individual as that "google user" to give feedback and reviews for a place shes never been to and for an individual who never took the time to talk one on one to come up with a resolution, she claims to have had the worst experience that may be how she feels but let me tell you my experience, in February of this year myself, the bride, another bridesmaid and actual maid of honor who participated in the wedding attended to look for dresses, and the staff was amazing, Gigi herself was wonderful, understanding of the bride's vision for what she was looking for in her dress but also ours. She made us feel beautiful, as well as for Vanessa she was a doll throughout this whole process and time in all of our lives but especially the bride's life. Payments were made by April as we all were in a different place financially but Gigi worked with those needing that help, we were told the dresses would be in by late July we received them mid-August. I am not going to lie and say they came on time but with some calls and conversations that took place with Gigi herself we were given all the information she had to give us. We did learn that she had vendors who were on strike that she wasn't aware of prior to months before at that time hence the delay, they weren't providing much information to her and it's not her fault either we know she did everything possible to get all the information. But even with that hick-up I have learned that nothing in life is perfect and I would say that the overall experience was great, sometimes in life especially for a women's special time like; her wedding. It takes patience and understanding not everyone has it, not everyone is understanding and because they don't have things their way they want to say it was the worse experience ever. You can read everyone's reviews but at the end of the day don't go based on any negative or positive that is only from their perspective, how about you have a full one on one conversation of your expectations and after speaking with Gigi you determine if it's the best place for you. I personally would come here again and will if the opportunity came around. Mr. G worked great with us on the last minute change of tuxedo for the groomsmen, I personally had the conversation with Mr G over the phone for this last minute change and I want to add that by last minute I mean 2-3 weeks prior to the wedding and was given the quote right over the phone, the wedding was Sunday 9/16 and the groomsmen had their tuxedos the Thursday before. Gigi, Vanessa, and Mr G I want to thank you so much for such an experience like no other, you guys were all professional, understanding, and very comforting when we had that week of not knowing what would happen. I am so glad we went to your shop."
