"Definitely a mediocre experience here. I had an appointment for a suit fitting for my wedding, but it was unclear how this was any different than walking in. The staff person who greeted me wasn’t rude or uninformed, but was just sort of indifferent and not very proactive about helping. It feels like a bigger operation that’s more interested in trying to churn out product than provide a good customer experience. If I hadn’t had such positive experiences at other places that same weekend, I may have found this acceptable. But, knowledge is power. Shop around, try a few other places nearby. They are comparably priced, provide far more enjoyable experience, and are steps away from this place."

The fitting went great as once I got my suit shipped to me, it all fit perfectly. The suit was shipped very quickly and I was super happy with the results.
