"Today, we called to cancel a tuxedo due to unforeseen circumstances and where met with complete and utter rudeness from the owner. Way to stay classy A's. Sometimes in life things happen and plans change. Even with us willing to pay fee's we were still met with a completely inconsiderate and unprofessional customer care. As an owner of a business, customer care is at the top of the list, without it you may as well go out of business. I will be sure to pass the word around on the customer care and attention to customer needs we were met with today."
