"This is the first time I have visited this place and the first time I have had to purchase a tuxedo shirt, black bowtie and shoes.I had no clue where to begin and I got OUTSTANDING service and tips from the employee Marvin. He was very professional, patient and informative. I am so glad that he was there to help me. I wish there was an employee like Marvin in every store."

"Recently used Men’s Warehouse for our wedding. While the suits were nice and the pricing was reasonable (the free suit for the groom when 6 or more rent is nice), the professionalism of the staff is not. There is no communication, everyone has a different answer. The process to get fitted and pick up is a nightmare. My father went in one day for a fitting and was sent away because they had “too much going on” but they refused to provide appointments for fittings. We dealt with various staff members during our experience. 2 of them were great and super friendly. While the other 2 we encountered on multiple occasions were extremely rude and unprofessional. This was not only to myself and my now husband but also to my father and other groomsmen. One lady was so rude to my father that he had to speak up during his fitting. Another example is when we went to pick up our Jr. Groomen’s suit, the women had taken every item out of the bag without checking prior if he was even with us. When we informed her that he already tried on the suit and we were just picking up, she rudely huffed at us and started to just toss things back into the bag. We had to fix it so it would not get wrinkled. When you get married it is supposed to be a joyful experience. Weddings already have enough stress as it is. I would never give them my business again or recommend them to anyone."

"What is the point when you do measurements and the suit you get is all messed up and does not fit. During the measurement appointment, items you tried on fit and were what you wanted. Picked up the tux 9 days before the wedding and the suit jacket is too small and the pants are like 4 inches too long! We are going back today to get everything fixed. This is unacceptable. Too close to the wedding and now they screwed up pretty much every tux in our party. Thanks Men's Warehouse - you have brought the bridezilla out in me. Took two years and 9 days before the wedding to bring it out. Congrats. Thumbs up for you!"

"6/28/2023— My husband and I stopped here to find a nice suit for our upcoming trip on a expensive high-class cruise —it was our first time visiting this establishment, and what made it truly convenient was that it served as a one-stop shop. Not only did my husband find a great suit , but he also found socks, a tie , pants and a shirt . The store itself is spacious with numerous options available . The customer service exceeded our expectations, evoking a sense of nostalgia for a simpler time. This is the def the ultimate one-stop shop for men, specially for those who dislike shopping (haha!). Additionally , the prices were reasonable overall, despite a few more slightly expensive items . We were able to purchase everything we needed within our budget, with my husband spending around 250$. Instead of bouncing around Macys and other stores , having all the required items conveniently available in one places as a blessing . I wholeheartedly recommend this place without hesitation. Plenty of parking . Bathroom upstairs . There is an elevator . For those getting married or another specially event , you can get your suits tailored there."
