"Poor experience with booking an appointment. I booked a wedding consultation at 1pm and drove to seaport a little before 1. I was told they were behind and to come back in 30 min. After returning it took another 15 or so for someone to come speak with me. They asked the color I was thinking then pointed me to go look at the blue suits. After looking at them for a while I tried to ask what was next and was told they were helping other people. I have no idea what making an appointment for “30 min” does but after over an hr in the store and only looking at material I left."
"I booked an appointment at Indochino in Bostons seaport district to be fitted for a suit for my wedding. I had already purchased my suit online but had some concerns on the customizations. I went in and it was very busy. However Nora was able to help me from start to finish. We totally redesigned my suit to my liking. She was very thorough with all measurements and all the fine details. I would highly recommend Indochino to anyone looking for a custom tailored suit. Can't wait to see the finished product!!"
"Susie helped me during my appointment 2 weeks ago. I mentioned I needed my suit in a hurry and she helped expedite the process and it delivered in 2 weeks on the dot from my appointment date! Everything fit pretty well, the jacket needed to be remade as it was slightly too small, but again, the customer service was great and a remake order was sent in that day! Highly recommend Susie on the team!!"
"I never leave reviews but had to hopefully prevent someone from being in the situation that Indochino put me in. I ordered a tux for my wedding which was at the end of August and received it in plenty of time (mid-June). It didn’t look right when I tried It on so I immediately brought it into the seaport showroom where they said it needed minor alterations. I was told it would take 1 week for them to be completed…..It took 2 months, despite me calling repeatedly every week and telling them my wedding is approaching and I need my tux. I finally got it back less than 2 weeks before my wedding, and it was a disaster - the seams were on the sides of my legs and the satin stripes were in the front and back, essentially the legs were sideways. I rushed It to a tailor and they said it was not fixable. I called the seaport store and the manager told me to send pictures and afterwards asked me to bring it into the store. I brought It in the next day and the store tailor and manager both confirmed that the tux had a production error and can’t be fixed - this is now almost a week before my wedding. The manager assured me that I would get a refund since it was a production error and took the tux back. I was now forced to rush order a new tux from a different brand and spend over $1000 as it was the only option I could find in my size that was in stock and had 1 day delivery. It has now been a month and I still have not received my refund and nobody from Indochino will respond to me after sending several emails. This place is a disgrace, mistakes happen and I can be understanding of that which is why I hadn’t left a review until now. But I’ve essentially been robbed of $600+ as I don’t have my refund or the product that I ordered, and am blatantly being ignored by store management and Indochino corporate. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else that actually treats their customers right"
"I have had a little bit of a tough time getting my suit right for my wedding coming up at the end of this month, and now finally feel like I’m in a good place after submitting my second remake order. None of this would have been possible without the help of the manager at the Seaport location, Bryan Brown. First I want to say, a bunch of this is my own fault as I didn’t move fast enough on trying on the suit from my first remake and had just assumed things would be ok with the changes we made. But, I was wrong. I tried on the suit yesterday ahead of a final look appointment this week and knew something was wrong right away. The pants didn’t fit at all, and the suit was bowing out in the chest - something that was supposed to be fixed with the remake. So my wife and I sprinted down to the seaport, without an appointment, and begged Bryan to help us out as we knew we were down to the wire. Bryan put what he was doing aside, clearly to his own detriment, and stepped up to help us. He determined that my initial measurements were seriously wrong and got me fitted in the correct sized jacket. This was no small effort, Bryan really stepped up to make sure things were right for me and did everything he could to help me out. This was completely spur of the moment, and it says a lot about the kind of person he is that he was willing to put aside his other work and make sure I was all taken care of. Huge thank you to Bryan, you’ve take a big weight off my shoulders and I can’t wait to see how the new suit fits!"
